A new way of exploring the art and history of Santa Fe
This is an important moment in time for the United States as a nation as well as the city of Santa Fe and the state of New Mexico, to reflect on the historical context which has led to present day conditions and recognize that people’s lived experiences are not always found in textbooks, but are also key to this understanding.
The AR component that has been added to the City’s StoryMaps adds a new dimension in the layers of understanding our history and connections to the land. The gifts of these brilliant artists have opened new windows of perception in the digital realm and are an inspiration to future generation, to share stories through new and creative ways.
